- Get plan
- Choose timber
- Mark face side and edge
- Set out timber according to plan
- Saw timber and chisel where needed
- Join pieces together and do finishing touches
- Show finished product to teacher
- Once approved start next joint
The hazards are pieces of wood on the ground and cuts from chisels or saws.
Ways to prevent these hazards are clean up as you go and keep hands behind or out of the way of chisels and saws.
